resolution center wont help

I bought an item from seller in October. the listing said the item ships November 28, so I was expecting it somewhere at the beginning of December. since I haven't received it yet, I started checking into things and discovered that this seller has scammed a whole bunch of buyers, including myself. the resolution center wont help  because it's past the listing closing date, but, the shipping date is well later than the closing date. this is not fair. what can I do?

If you paid with a credit card through PayPal, call your credit card issuer (800 number on your monthly statement) and ask for a chargeback due to non-receipt.

If you did not use a credit card, you are unfortunately out-of-luck.
