seller has not shipped item 1 week after being paid

made an offer the offer was accepted. paid him immediately and he said would ship as soon as he received payment.

it has been 1 week and in my purchase history it shows that it still has not been shipped. 

payment was cleared within 10 minutes of him accepting offer . 

what do i do ?

Contact the seller and ask for the service used, the date shipped and the tracking number.

If he did not use Paypal shipping labels, there is no automatic notice that he has shipped. He may have shipped but not marked that.

If he has not shipped, or if he ignores your message, then you could take action.
