You can not cancel a seller nor can you cancel the item you won, the seller is the ONLY one that can let you off the hook, so contact the seller and ask if they are willing (need to plea for mercy) but keep in mind they are not obligated to do so,

If your seller won't let you off the hook and you haven't paid, they can open an unpaid item dispute against you. If you still don't pay, they can close the dispute as soon as 4 days after opening it and give you an unpaid item strike. Two or more strikes in the previous 12 months will place you on the blocked bidder lists of most sellers on eBay.
