the buyer and seller have agreed on a price how do I end the listing early and still go through ebay and get paid on paypal

You should be able to revise your listing to the agreed price and when the buyer bids that price you can end your auction and sell it to them.

Make sure your buyer is aware when you are going to change it or someone else might make a bid.
