Thye seller sent me the wrong size item, and will not refund me the full price unless I return the item. It will cost me twice what I paid for the item to return it...there is no cash on delivery option through the post office. I cannot wear the item, nor give it to someone...now what?

file a claim with ebay stating not as described or ordered,they should be able to help you.
