unpaid Credit fees not showing up!!

Hi guys, 

I recently sold a dress. Buyer never pay, so I filed cancel transaction, buyer agreed. Ebay sent email notify that fees will be credited back to account, but it never showed up. 

IS ANYONE EXPERIENCE THIS PROBLEM? I contact Customer Service, they said there's technical issue. IS IT TRUE?

Why would you think it isn't true? 

Are you referring to item #261433355577 which you have relisted?  That is the only sale I see for your brand-new eBay account.  You just sold the dress the afternoon of March 31st.  You received positive feedback for it.  You gave positive feedback for it and mentioned the fast payment you received.  You have relisted it. 

When payment isn't received for a sold transaction, sellers usually file a claim for non-payment, not a cancellation.  I wonder what the real issue is here.

I have no idea if there is a glitch or not but have you actually gone into your seller account on ebay to see if they did give you the credit?
