Why would you think it isn't true?
Are you referring to item #261433355577 which you have relisted? That is the only sale I see for your brand-new eBay account. You just sold the dress the afternoon of March 31st. You received positive feedback for it. You gave positive feedback for it and mentioned the fast payment you received. You have relisted it.
When payment isn't received for a sold transaction, sellers usually file a claim for non-payment, not a cancellation. I wonder what the real issue is here.
