The right question is : If my parcel is late in arriving, how do I get a refund?
The answer is,If it is coming from North America* and it has been in transit for more than 20 days from payment, go to the bottom of this page, click on the Resolution Centre and open an Item Not Received Dispute.
If the seller cannot prove delivery (and that's delivery, not shipping) you will be refunded.
Do NOT allow the seller to promise a replacement. It won't arrive either.
Do NOT allow the seller to tell you that you have to close the Dispute to get your refund.
Tracking protects SELLERS (not buyers) against false non-delivery claims.
*For shipments from Asia allow 30 days, no more.
