why does my item for sale only show up on ebay.ca

Because you have it listed as only ship to Canada.

because there's a problem eBay won't fix even though I've reported it several times.  when you list a new item on eBay.ca you will not get the option to ship to other countries including the USA.  all you get is the Canadian shipping section to fill out.  thus your item is only listed in Canada even if you're willing to ship it out of the country.

The tab on the Sell Your Item form for International Shipping is right under the tab for Domestic Shipping. It is a drop down. You can choose Calculated or Flat Rate Shipping. You can choose Custom Location or Worldwide.

You can choose the service you want to use. You can enter the dimensions and weight.
