why dont we do a feature that allows people tho commit to a budget so they can do commercial buying
just allow people to commit to a couple bucks of buying or so and have it available iether in paypal or in an ebay commercial buyer balance on the website then have sellers identify people buying them with a very good prescription like if i use it for pc components i can say what device (cpu) condition (new) then ask seller on the buyers info requires anti static packaging for all electronics and then how mutch and it says 98$ so people with those stores that have things like coolant fans see i need fans i can be givin a deal by the seller sometimes for them to be 99c a piece if i buy more or just to make it more equitable for both
