No longer e bay members

I am getting a lot of notes from Ebay that a seller is no longer a member. In most cases I do not receive the goods

I do get a Refund quickly. But this is getting to be a nuisance.

I have also had problems paying via Paypal, telling me that the seller does not have Pay Pal privileges and to chose

another method of payment.

Are these two common occurances?

Just avoiding Chinese sellers may do the trick for you.

EBay kicked the scammer off the site for being a scammer.

Because they are scammers.

I do get a Refund quickly.

Are you opening Item Not Received disputes?

That gets your money back quickly.

Paypal, telling me that the seller does not have Pay Pal privileges

PP refused or closed the scammer's account  for being a scammer.

Both actions are Buyer Protections, although eBay is very clumsy about explaining and refunding.

Tip: Any feedback percentage under 98% is horrible. If the seller is in Asia, any FB under 99% is horrible.
