Make sure to file a Item Not As Described case before the deadline is up. File even if they promise to send.

You don't have to escalate if they actually do send it - but you need to protect yourself.

You only have 45 days to open an Item Not As Described Dispute in the Resolution Centre.

That's at the bottom of this page.

The first thing you will be told is to contact the seller.

You've done that. Go to the second step which is to escalate to a claim.

If the seller does not refund you, Paypal will. And go after the seller for their money. He won't like that.

reallynicestamps - As mentioned before, your information is outdated. A claim can be filed with ebay up to 30 days after delivery. (estimated delivery if there no delivery confirmation)

Paypal allows a claim for up to 180 days after payment.
