what do I do now?

so im stuck in a bad position I purchased a item off ebay turns out the seller gave it too me digitally through ebay messages and is a scammer with fake address etc to make the long story short.. I cant ship a digital item back to them and cant get my refund etc.. now with everyone at ebay off work what do I do

the refund process was already started and was told to ship the item back I think this is all part of the process to bug the system and just walk away with my money

Hi @wowthesedeals - the best course of action for you would be to contact CS. You can do that via email by using the 'Help and Contact' option in the upper left corner of most eBay screens.
