Why eBay promising delivery date when you ordering item? When after they go and change date of  delivery after you  paid extremely high fee for delivery.

And there is not way to contact eBay to incvayer about late delivery.  WHY ????

You were given a date for delivery by eBay.

The purchase is late.

Go to the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page.

Open an Item Not Received dispute.

The first suggestion is to Contact the Seller.

Ask when the purchase was shipped, what service was used and what the tracking number is.

If you are given a tracking number that shows the purchase is in Canada, relax, it will arrive in a few days.

If you are not given :

  • a tracking number OR
  • the tracking number does not show arrival in Canada OR
  • you are promised a replacement
  • the (tracked and in Canada) purchase does not arrive within three days

Ask eBay to step in and Escalate to a Claim

If the seller cannot prove delivery (not shipping, delivery) you will be refunded.

As others have stated many times shipping is not technically free. Your $15.00 item may be only a $5.00 item with $10.00 for shipping. And if you want something really FAST it almost always costs MORE!!! Seller's can't do things for free and still make a buck!!!
