Returned item was not picked up by the seller, so I can't get my refund. Options???

Opened a case because the seller was selling counterfeit Hilti bits. This was confirmed with Hilti Company. I opened a case & sent the item back for a refund. The tracking number shows that it has been at the Seller's Post Office for 2 weeks. Got email from PP yesterday that they were closing the case since the Tracking number was not updated by USPS. This makes no sense. What is PP protection for?? Now not only do I NOT have my original purchase, which was a fake, but I have no refund. Now the seller is free to make another $350USD of another Buyer.

Compare the bit I received to the picture. Smaller & shorter shaft, broken teeth, etc. Seller has since updated the "title" of the item to change the name.

 

BEWARE of this seller.
