Ebay is blocking European IP addresses for no reason like if I was login from North Korea.
One of my inactive accounts got suspended just because I changed some settings like password. Another account I have I can login to eBay but I am not allowed to login to user forums, it asks me to verify captcha and then I go in loop back to login. When I turn on VPN, there is no issue.
This is my 3rd account and I had to use VPN. The other 2 accounts are blocked for no reason. I should have used VPN since the problems started a few months ago.
