Trying to mark an item shipped but it is not letting me. Any one else having this issue.

Hi all I'm having an issue where Ebay not allowing me to mark an item shipped. Just curious if anyone else has had this issue and if yes were you able to solve it. I hate seeing it saying it's over due when it has been shipped and received.

Had one instance like that last year when a customer purchased 2 items (separate orders) -- was able to mark one as shipped, but not the second.  Contacted ebay and was told this is an occasional glitch. 

The second item remained on my "unshipped" list for a long time before eventually disappearing.

This also happened to a seller from whom I  purchased 2 items -- in that case the seller was unable to mark either of the items as shipped.

In both cases payment was not affected -- both she and I received our payments even though the items were still displaying as "unshipped" on ebay.

What happens when you try to mark it as shipped? Was there tracking on the package?

I had that happen once a few months ago. I can't remember exactly what I had to do, but I think it involved marking it as unshipped and clearing the tracking number, then putting the tracking in again which should automatically mark it as shipped. I remember trying a lot of combinations of things before one finally worked. Very annoying.

Same thing started happening last week.  so far no resolve
