Canadians on eBay.com: Economy Shipping from outside US WRONG TIME DISPLAY

This is the time frame eBay expects your item to arrive to the buyer:

Economy Shipping from outside US (11 to 23 business days)

Standard Shipping from outside US (5 to 10 business days)

This is what eBay displays to the buyer on the listings and after purchase:

Economy Shipping from outside US: Estimated between [dates displayed are between 5 to 11 business days]

This seems to be a recurring problem with the economy shipping from outside the US showing the estimated delivery time for 'standard shipping from outside the US '   It gets fixed for a while and then reoccurs.

I agree @pjcdn2005 - I feel like we see this once every few months and I send it off and it gets corrected and then comes back. 

I'll get this one reported too!
