What is the best way to contact ebay? Their customer service rep asked me to email them documents regarding an outstanding case; however, when I emailed back, their email inbox is full (customerhelp@ebay.com)..

I'm not aware of any email addresses for ebay as they normally require that you phone them.  Its odd that they would tell you to email and not give a specific email address.  You can attach pictures to a case so you may be able to attach the documents that way.

The employees should be back from Las Vegas in time for the Weekly Chat on Wednesday.

They usually open the Chat for questions on Tuesday.

If things are not resolved by Tuesday, you could try that.

The Canada staff are often very helpful.

Was that email address given to you by an ebay Customer Service rep over the phone? Are you 100 per cent certain the direction came from ebay?
