Mailing to Puerto Rico

I am having difficulty getting a label for a package going to Peurto Rico. I have contacted the buyer and she has offered 3 different addresses to try. None work. Error message to check address.

Anyone else having an issue with shipping to Peurto Rico. It is part of the USA so I thought it would be accepted as a US "state". Thanks for your help.

Well the easiest way would be to hand address it.

Then take it to the PO and buy a tracking label.

Or go to SnapShip and use your account there to buy a discounted label.

Which hurts most, the higher price of the shipping or the potential for Defects to your selling account?

Does your printer refuse to print when you try to make a label? Or is eBay forcing you to buy an International label rather than a US label?

Do any of the addresses you were given work on Google Maps?

Remember if you don't use an address that eBay gives you, you lose all Seller Protection.

I have shipped a few parcels to Puerto Rico & had problems with the labels. It is considered part of the US. I had to change the country manually to get it to work for me.

Does the address have PR as the state and the US as the country?
