Accidentally found this by going down an eBay rabbit hole. FYI for anyone interested. Maybe dot com only but I not likely. The Q & A was helpful for many Canadians.....when questions were answered.

The latest example - eBay is ending its monthly chat sessions, as
we reported yesterday. While not as helpful as the weekly chat sessions
they replaced in May 2022, the monthly chats offered an opportunity for sellers to ask questions that they knew at least eBay moderators were reading - especially important given the poor customer service experiences many sellers describe where outsourced reps from other countries may offer inconsistent or just plain wrong answers (anything to get those dreaded sellers off the line).
Many times eBay rolls out changes without announcing them on the main Seller Announcement board. (If sellers are lucky, eBay will post the news in one of its many forums - but who has time to check them all on a daily basis?)
Another example - eBay's Technical Issues Announcement Board was transitioned to a nearly useless format long ago. And while some sellers learned they could go to the Technical Issues discussion board to get answers, updates are at the whim of moderators (who may be well-meaning but overworked). And forget it if a glitch happens over the weekend.
Some sellers have learned to visit eBay's social media presence on Twitter and Facebook where they may get more assistance than on the eBay forums, a fact that confounds logic.
(I personally find both chat boards are much easier to get help with an eBay technical question vs eBay help etc.) My luck with Facebook has not been how shall we say...Stellar?? And who really wants to deal with something called "X"?
