Just the following:

 

  1. Has there been any updates on the previously forward concerns with eBay Labels. Many of those required immediate attention. If there are additional charges due to those shortcomings would eBay be accountable for reimbursing sellers?
  2. Is there a procedure in place for eBay sellers using eBay Labels to process claims like late, lost or damaged? (Considering the CP account used in eBay Labels is administered by eBay). 1 seller was able to issue a claim for late on their own but there is nothing actually addressing these situaitons in eBay help. 
  3. Does ebay have anything in the works to make editing shipping options easier/more seamless? Currently any sort you do has to be done each time you return to fix the next listing. Majority of available sorts do not save. Shipping policies do not work for everyone depending on their business setup/history of how long they have been creating listings. Hoping nothing ever happens similar to what US sellers are going through with the recent update/merge of shipping services with USPS in Canada!!! 😟
  4. Has eBay ever considered a   toggle on/toggle off for sellers funds so sellers could actually be in control of their funds to cover eBay "special fees" like listing upgrades, labels and promoted fees? Having a way to hold a balance at will would be optimum. 
  5. The link used in an eBay listing(preferences) is no longer functioning (approx 3 weeks) for a seller to update an address/returns policy/excluded locations. (on a PC)

"2. For claims, sellers can contact the carriers directly and provide their tracking numbers. Depending on the carrier, sellers either get a cheque in the mail directly or see a credit on their eBay account once processed.

4.  We’re looking into a feature so sellers can maintain a balance on eBay.
