Arrival of multi seller purchases?

I was wondering. If I bought 3 items from 3 different sellers and payed all of them at the same time. Will all three items ship/arrive together or are they gonna arrive separately?

If each item is sold by a different seller in a different location, even if paid together, then they will all arrive separately.
