Why is shipping taking 3 months from China to Canada?

I order regularly from china and usually receive within 3-4 weeks, Now were over 3 months to get anything. If it comes at all. What is going on?

I'm in the GTA and items are taking longer than before averaging 3-4 months to come (if it was even sent or gets lost). I'm not sure whose to blame:
- The seller for using the cheapest mode of transport, even if I had paid for shipping charges.
- China Post for transporting via ships or delay shipment until they accumulate enough to that country
- Canada Post by accumulating their deliveries so they only need to make one trip (I once received 11 packages in my mail box all on the same day. And no I did not buy 11 items all at the same time).
- Or CBSA for taking their time
Bottom line, I'm going to jump to other sites like Aliexpress as most sellers guarantee the 60 days delivery.

I buy a lot of items from China and in my experience if it isn't here in a month you are not gonna see it. Only once I had an item show up 2.5 months later. Wish they used tracking numbers that actually worked, when I ship something I can track every time it goes through a postal facility but China seems to be able to get away with using **bleep** shipping and no tracking
