The Seller has Return police as: buyer pays return shipping.

What about Return police in case if the item has defects?

I assume you mean 'policies' and, yes, there are policies for Returns. If an item is defective on arrival, you as the buyer would want to open an Item Not As Described case in which event the seller is obligated to fund return postage in one way or another.

First Contact the Seller to explain the problem and give him  chance to correct it.

Sometimes a photo is all that is needed.

If that doesn't go anywhere, and an offer of a replacement is NOT acceptable, the Resolution Centre is at the bottom of this page.

You can skip that suggestion that you Contact the seller, because you will already have done that.
