Shipping jewelry

Suggestion was given to me put.... Hold for Pickup ....mailing expensive jewelry - do I write that on parcel or is it included in shipping label?  I will be requiring a signature so should I still use Hold for Pickup as do hate the thought of parcel sitting in some mailbox.

Community thank you all for being so helpful and really nice stamps thanks for above suggestion.

I wouldn't bother writing Hold For Pickup.  If you add signature required then it shouldn't be left at the door if the person is not home. They will be left a notice card to pick up at a post office. Remember to send it Canada Post Expedited which covers the first $100.00.  Then pay for an extraI $300.00 insurance.  I am assuming this is for the Christian Dior necklace ($355.00)?
