Why does the shipping calculator not calculate the shipping costs?

I enter the "Shipping and Payments" tab and enter my postal code. I get the error message "Shipping cost cannot be calculated. Please enter a valid postal code."

I've tried this many times with various venders.

same thing with my ad for USA and/or INTER
in the search list we do see all my add whith shipping cost amount $

BUT ....as soon going in one of my listing no cost for buyers dont ask why i am getting no sell

Change the code to your local municipal office or firehall.

Your personal code may not be in the data base.

Don't worry that it is not your house. The postal code is there to calculate distances.

I am assuming that you have tried both K1A 0A6* and K1A0A6 as layouts.

*The House of Commons in Ottawa.

Thnx for the suggestion however it didn't work. I did try splitting the code and used the address of my post office, I still get the same message "Shipping cost cannot be calculated. Please enter a valid postal code."
I do see that when the main listing says "calculate"... that does work and calculates the shipping, method etc. However if the main listing says "see listing" and I do to the shipping details, I get the error message.
Any other suggestions?

Give an example of a listing with the problem. What dimensions, weight and package choice(s) do have you selected for the problem listing? Canada Post has minimums and maximums for parcels that can cause problems. Another problem can be caused when the Canada Post website is down (which happens from time to time).
