Your customer will get the item free. (Unless he decides to pay, which is unlikely if he hasn't paid yet.)
When you close the Unpaid Item Dispute he will get a Strike which will make it more difficult to bid on eBay in future.
Neither of you will be able to leave Feedback.
Go to your Seller Preferences and set them to Block automatically bidders with Strikes. There are some other Blocks and Preferences you should consider.
