Anyone else getting Errorcode 50023 when trying to purchase postage via paypal?

Just wondering if any other Canadians are getting this:

"Your payment for shipping cannot be processed because it exceeds your available balance. Please add a credit card or bank to your account for completing this label purchase. ERRORCODE-50023"

I've been getting this whenever I try to purchase a Canada Post shipping label via paypal since Tuesday.  Have to talked to paypal multiple times (they've put in tickets - I've put in tickets) can't seem to find the reason- my account has far more then enough funds in it to cover the label, I also have a bank account and credit card confirmed on the account .  I got a message this morning saying that they have noted some other customers having the same issue when trying to purchase Canada Post labels - just wondering if it's true or they are saying that cause they can't figure out what is going on.

Very frustrating - at least I can still use shippo.

Or SnapShip, which is the Canada Post service.

They all have the same discounts at the moment.

Canada Post will charge the fee to your credit card, not to your PP balance.
