14 day returns STILL not available in some categories where they should be?

Here we are now into the second month of 2019 and yet we STILL cannot list with 14 day returns in categories like collectibles where they are supposed to be available.

How long is this "fix" going to take?

If it’s any consolation, I switched from 14-day returns to 60-day returms and the rate of Returns was unchanged at less than one per cent. Plus, the few Remorse Return(s) that come in are still cases that are opened within the first week (seven calendar days) of delivery.

So... fixing this 14-day Returns issue for Collectables will undoubtedly remain a low priority for eBay.

I'm not that worries return wise either, but I would just like ebay to step up to the plate and DO what their policies SAY.
