A new seller with zero feedback, if listing high-ticket items (like an iphone) will be a prime target of scammers. And this "buyer" is clearly an idiot scammer.
1. Put the buyer on your blocked sellers list to prevent them from buying from you again.

2. Make sure you follow the proper procedures to get your eBay fees for this sale refunded.

3. As a new seller you have monthly selling limits (and failed sales do count), you can list again Friday.

4. In your SOLD section, select Report this buyer from the More actions menu with the sale details.
5. Consider doing local pickup only, for cash.
