Cancelling payments

Hi, I am needing help canceling a payment sent back that a customer needed to be refunded for. Can this happen?

If the seller cancels a transaction, the payment is usually automatically refunded.

Is it the refund you want to cancel?

Or did you refund and then did eBay /Paypal refund again?

If you want to cancel the transaction and refund the buyer, go to your sold items, click on the drop down arrow next to the item and click on cancel.  The transaction will be cancelled and the buyer will be refunded.

Is the buyer asking you to cancel the transaction or do you want to refund for another reason?
