Cannot add Economy Shipping option to US from Canada

I am using ebay Canada to list my item and I dont see the option for Economy/Standard Shipping to USA. 

My only options are Canada Post, UPS or Fedex .

What can I do in this case? My plan is to ship the item via cross border shipping services as they are much cheaper, faster but they use USPS.

USPS is in none of the options given to me by ebay. 

I do see Economy and standard if I select worldwide shipping though. 

How can add economy/standard shipping to USA only. Can I select something else e.g. Canada Post and ship using USPS? I also do not see the option to select international shipping and exclude countries. 

I should also mention that I want to charge a fixed cost for shipping and am not interested in any calculator.

DotCA only gives you shipping options that originate in Canada.

DotCOM only gives you shipping options that originate in the USA.

Scroll down to International Shipping-> Flat Rate-> Choose Custom Location-> USA->Services-> and scroll down to Economy or Standard Int'l Shipping.

Then enter the Flat Rate you are offering.

BUT

USPS has recently gone to package shipping that includes both dimensions and destination, so if you plan to ship  from the USA you may be better to list on dotCOM and use Calculated Shipping there, plus a handling charge for your Canadian forwarder's fees.
