Ive sold on Ebay from the 1990s, I have seen a lot of adjustments to cater ebay winning every dispute outcome and manipulating the odds with rules and regulations.

Today Ebay reminds me of a crooked casino with the seedy dealers behind desks and monitors.

Recently I shipped an item internationally for the lowest cost with tracking. ,The buyer requested a refund through ebay because shipping was taking to long, i refunded buyer. the item arrived on time and was delivered successfully. . Ebay says that i refunded him without force. Now I'm out $200 and my item has not been paid for. I send paypal requests and messages for two weeks.

The buyer doesn't pay. DISTRESSING.!

I cant leave a neg, ebay is no help! sellers have been stripped of their control. Paypal was the end of "good old days"

years back another user chargebacked his paypal payment and i was out $1000

I dont trust ebay anymore so i sell my **bleep** there to keep my losses at a minimum.

I sell my expensive items elsewhere on legitimate sites...like ebay used to be.

While we all commiserate with your loss, this really was your own choice.

The parcel was tracked.

The parcel did arrive on time (I'm guessing that means within eBay's last expected date.)

You voluntarily refunded although there was tracking and the delivery period had not elapsed.

You made your own bed.

I would send your deadbeat bullying customer a Paypal Send Money invoice, without comment, for the full amount of the refund.

Sometimes it works.
