I periodically check my items, as I am sure most sellers do, to see where they are showing up in keyword targeted search results and of late I have noticed that my items are sliding down the results for no apparent reason.
To my amazement (sarcasm of course) when i did a search today for "Lalique Art Glass" to see how buried my one item was in a category of huge numbers of items I found that items that were not only miscategorized(non Lalique items put in the Lalique category) but also that contained none of my keywords in the title of the listing were showing up ahead of my listing.
Now that's just wrong. How the heck are we supposed to build effective listings if something so basic doesn't work correctly?
Anyway, I called support, for all the good it wil do, and reported the issue so we'll see what happens if anything.
Just thought I would put it out there in case anyone else hasn't checked and may be experiencing the same issue.
