Did you know eBay is collection GST on items you are exporting, GST is for sale to Canadians when you export to USA or international you do no charge GST You are losing 13% GST because it is eBay policy to collect Someone at eBay did not read the GST rules

Are you confusing things with the GST you pay on your seller fees? GST (Canadian) doesn't get charged to buyers outside of Canada unless there is some random bug.

Ebay does not collect GST on your sales, as noted above, they are required to charge GST on their fees. 

GST on your items is up to the seller to collect if if it is applicable, and is only required if your sales are over $30,000 per year.
