I have reduculous setting that lets people buy from me every 10 days only.
I never ever put that restriction myself!
Moreover, when potential buyers want to make purchase, the system says that they are not allowed to buy, as they make purchase already and cannot buy more within next 10 days.
And, needless to say that they did not buy anything.
Is anybody have that issue or any suggestions how to resolve it.
Ebay staff giving me rounds, saying everything is fine with my account, and the restrictions are on the buyer site. Which is not logical at all!
Please help!
