MC011 Your eBay selling account has been restricted

Dear eBay Sellers' Community,

We have received email from customerhelp_ca@ebay.com with a subject line MC011 Your eBay selling account has been restricted on 6th Jan 2019.

Unknown Reason statement: A review of your eBay account has raised some concern that your use of services may not meet the guidelines in eBay's User Agreement.
To appeal this restriction, you will need to:
- Provide proof of delivery for all of the items sold on your eBay account.
-- The easiest way to do this is to submit tracking numbers for each of the items posted. This will help show buyers more of your selling history and will also allow us to confirm that your items have been posted. To upload tracking, please visit the adding tracking information page: http://pages.ebay.ca/help/pay/upload-tracking.html
-- You can also verify delivery by providing the feedback you have received from buyers.
- Address any outstanding concerns from buyers who have opened cases against you through eBay or PayPal.

eBay
-- Visit the eBay Resolution Centre: http://resolutioncentre.ebay.ca
-- You may need to sign into your eBay account before proceeding. In the Resolution Centre you will find information on resolving problems with your buyer.

PayPal
-- To resolve your PayPal dispute or case, log into your PayPal account and click Resolution Centre at the top of the page.
-- You can view the status of any open dispute or claim from here.

Summary of our response: All tracking are timely uploaded and validated, all cases are closed without any objection from seller and all requested documents are submitted.

PayPal removed restriction within 24 hours but eBay has not even reply to our 10 different emails in response to that same restriction email. We have also called them 6 to 7 times but every time representative just elongate the call and summarizes to reply on that same email as he/she can not do anything on call.

Our monthly turn over on that account was 12 to 15k USD and we are facing serious sales loss. 149 positive reviews in 6 months since account opened.

If any one from seller community and/or eBay representative can reply to our issue we will be highly obliged.

Thanks

Hi @leather_trending - if you have uploaded tracking to any open Not Received requests that are currently open you will want to reply to the email you received.

Typically they will work with you to request any other documentation they need to complete their assessment and work on restoring your account. Once you provide that information they will usually take between 24 and 72 hours to review and finalize things.

If you need any further insight into that process I recommend contacting CS by phone or social media (Twitter or Facebook). Thanks!

Tyler,

Thanks for the reply but there are no such cases in our resolution center. Till 5 January 2019 (before restriction email date) all orders we received are successfully delivered.
There were few cases of items not received in last week of Dec but all are resolved before that restriction mail.
PayPal has replied within 24 hours and remove the limitation as they said this is just a verification of seller/supplier. But eBay is not responding. On phone call they representative says that reply to that email and we did reply 12 times in 3 weeks but no reply back.
Now let us try on their facebook and twitter.

Thanks
