Just has some items end this evening that were listed by auction. All of them are still in my listed for sale and say ended. Nothing has moved to sold, and no emails. Not even sure if any one could bid at the end or not.

Anyone else having these issues

Yes, I had three items stuck in the for sale, saying ended.

Now, they have moved to Unsold. Unfortunately, at least one of then is sold. It had a bid hours before the problems started. When I click on it, the green bar that say's your item has sold shows up, but, as it's in unsold, I can't send an invoice or anything.

I also note that no emails have come in saying your item didn't sell or your item sold. Also, since I list through Auctiva, I checked there and the three items in question, have not showed up at all.

I'm going to give it a few hours and see if it doesn't sort itself out.

It is not Auctiva as I use Turbo Lister. Even Selling manager info is not correct. What do we do now?

I would think that there must be lots of people in the same situation.

I'm going to wait it out until at least tomorrow morning to see if it has corrected itself. And, I'll continue to look at your post to see if anyone has a solution.

gee, maybe they will tell us to clear cookies and cache and reboot! This place is getting to be sheer frustration with all the headaches and problems we have to pay for

So, I had an auction end at 18:25 PDT that appeared to work as normal.

Three auctions after that, the last ending at 18:50, had the issues we are discussing.

I have now (19:15 PDT), just received 5 bids, on other auctions, not ending today, that were placed at around 18:40 PDT.

Kind of scary!

So, I don't know if this has anything to do with the problem, but I just went back to .com, to see if anyone was reporting similar problems on there boards.

The Community tab, at the top of the screen is MIA. When the problem first occurred, it was there, as I was checking the .com boards first.

Some of the other tabs have been moved from right of center to left of center.

Very strange!

PS: Actually, just went back to check this and all header tabs except My Ebay are now missing.

I have posted on .com using my other ID in seller central and the technical issue boards but no replies.

If you want to find the community boards, scroll to the botton of the page where is says community, click on it and on the next screen pick discussion forums.

That changed on .com some time ago.

Apparently the .ca boards are going to have a major overhaul soon.

Checked this again across platforms:

Firefox - all tabs except My Ebay are missing

Internet Explorer - Daily Deals, Sell, Customer Support, My Ebay and the Cart are there.

Improving the appearance yet again?

The good news, my sold item that was in unsold has now moved back to Sold.

The awaiting payment, need to ship, need feedback counters all appear to be accurate.

As for finding Community at the bottom, yes for IE, but at least until now, for Firefox it was similar to the .ca boards. Trust me - I found it there earlier this evening.

Emails for the 3 items in question have now been received.
