My descriptions are all in HTML format when I use the Sell Similar Item option

What have I done wrong?   Would someone tell me how to change my item description texts?  In the description portion of all my items, auction or fixed price, there is no longer a tool bar across the top and the text is formatted with what I call computerspeak.  Such as font:,> font etc......all the words I use to describe the items are there.  Buyers do not see this stuff in the listings.  How do I get back to the format I've used for so many years?

This is a new problem caused by Microsoft updates to Internet Explorer. Set compatibility mode in Internet Explorer while you are on that page. Should fix the problem.

On the above web page, you can choose which version of Internet Explorer that you have (9, 10, 11)

I looked at the site you stated.  I tapped and or clicked the necessary areas and things seem to be looking better.  Thanks for the tip.
