No way to contact customer service

I have been sitting here navigating the web, all the helpful links, the phone numbers..  no matter what I do or press or say, the automated system both online, and on the phone, will not let me speak to a person. 2 weeks ago, a rep told me to "call back wednesday" and they will remove a negative I received from an obvious fraud account (because they needed time for the "buyer" to respond).

After that, I've had zero access. The same page I clicked last time to get the Ebay phone number just goes to a "whoops we looked everywhere" error page. The automated system says "you'll need to go online to fix this one, visit ebay help." I'm getting to the point where it feels like Ebay is intentionally shutting sellers off who need anything from them.

After 23 years on the platform, never having 1 negative, I need them and they abandon me intentionally. I got so upset that I drove 2 hours to the address that "bought" my item. I'd had enough. Turns out, it was a child using their parents card without permission. They ended up trying to delete the negative but they said Ebay wouldn't let them, so they changed it to a neutral and blamed ebay. Neither the "buyer" nor me can get any kind of help or resolution in the matter.

I'm seriously sick to my stomach that this platform has such little regard for the humans whose lives they are negatively impacting. Absolutely DISGUSTING.

No way to contact customer service

navigating the web,

AAAARGH! NO!!

You will not find eBay's numbers on the web, only scammers and identity thieves.

The phone reps have a terrible reputation for getting you off the phone as soon as possible even if that means giving you the advice you want to hear instead of the advice you need to have.

https://www.facebook.com/eBayForBusiness/ — Message button in upper right on landing page.
https://twitter.com/askebay?lang=en

https://community.ebay.com/t5/Selling/How-do-I-contact-Customer-Support/m-p/32016431#M1783851 -> Automated Assistant, type AGENT -> enter. You will then get more options.

The social media Chat accounts are covered by trained eBay employees with some authority.
And you get a transcript so you can compare what you heard with what you were told.

I'm glad the child's parents were so helpful.

I also hope their attempt to cancel /change the feedback was recorded. This may help the REAL reps.

BTW- most of that information is at the bottom of this page and of other eBay pages under Help and Contact.

Speaking does not allow the rep time to investigate and act. Which is why the Chats are more useful.
