Just so you know, already have a filed complaint through PayPal for this seller (bought direct from website) and noticed they also have a store on Ebay. A quick search on web shows lot of red flags from car/truck forum members unable to get delivered goods, unable to contact or no replies... So beware!

The name of the seller has been removed by the moderators because we cannot 'name and shame' fellow members, no matter how angry we are.

Since you did not buy through eBay, there is little point in posting here, but if you paid through Paypal, go to their Resolution Centre and file a Claim there.

PP has a similar and very strong Buyer Protection Policy, but like eBay they have a 45 day deadline for such disputes.
