Reversing Negative Feedback

So I have a new buyer who just left me very positive comments feedback but mistakenly hit the negative button. I sent them a feedback revision email but they say they never got it.  They are totally confused on how to correct it.  In fact they were shocked that I thought they had left a negative. They said they would never do that & had left glowing remarks.  Not sure how to proceed.  I have also sent an email to customer service about it.

Reversing Negative Feedback

If I were you I would contact customer service through ebay for business facebook or ebay twitter by sending a message.  They will be able to see the messages sent between you and the buyer so will hopefully change the feedback.  You might not hear back until Monday though as I don't think that they answer questions on the weekend.

Reversing Negative Feedback

Looks like the buyer figured out how to revise the feedback back to positive. So all is good again.
