I also noticed they removed the shipping 'presets' or 'templates' or whatever they were called - kind of a bummer as I spent a bit of time setting those up as well. A strange removal, I'm not sure why they would remove something like that. Best not to try and reason why eBay does anything these days.
My return policy was still defaulting to the one I had written myself, so that didn't seem to be an issue on my end.
