I have read several threads about this issue and I have yet to understand what the problem with my listing is.
I am trying to sell a single trading card game.
I entered the weight as 2 grams, and the dimensions as length 8 x width 6 x height 1 (even though the height is 1mm, it's only letting me enter minimum 1 cm). I read in other threads that there are minimum dimensions for certain service options. I tried those minimum dimensions, and it still didn't work. I used "Canada Xpress Post-USA" as I would need to include tracking as the card is valuable. I am open to suggestions if there is a better service option I should use. But regardless, I called eBay and they weren't familiar with Canadian listings, and were not able to help me. I called Canada Post, and they were not able to help me. I am at a loss, and hoping someone can help me fix this issue. I would really appreciate it.
Thank-you!

Your dimensions are too small for length:
www.canadapost.ca/tools/pg/manual/PGpsus_int-e.asp
Tracked Parcel USA: length is a minimum of 14 cm
Expedited Parcel USA: length is a minimum of 21 cm
Xpresspost USA: length is a minimum of 21 cm

Why 2 grams? -- the shipping weight is the card plus the packaging used to ship it.
