I think it came via messages and emails to most people but I know many users are accustomed to ignoring those from ebay.

The webinars look intriguing to me but I'm not sure the timing works for me within the confines of my weekday. I have to squint my eyes and think hard about what time Mountain is on Central time, you know. Haha.

I always read what I receive but don't always get the emails that other people have gotten. I haven't received this one yet.

I'm on mountain time so its easy for me but I don't recall ever seeing anything ebay related in mountain time before...it's odd that this one is.

Hi Everyone,

To clarify, these webinar are geared towards selling on .COM. However, the best practices are usually general and can assist you in selling on .CA. Tracee from MSO Seller Health for Canada will be one of the Q&A specialists answering questions through the live chat and would be happy to answer any questions that you may have. If you have something specific to .CA, just be sure to mention that you list on .CA 🙂

Thanks and happy selling!

Are seller performance standards exactly the same on ebay.com as ebay.ca?

Mobile Optimization may well be.

The Returns flow: is it different through Seller Hub than Selling Manager which is what we still use here?

The main difference that I'm aware of isn't really related to selling manager vs sellers hub, it's specific to Canada vs the US.  On .com in certain circumstances ebay will automatically issue the buyer a return label for a remorse return (at the buyer's expense) if the seller has returns and states that the buyer pays for a return.  Both buyer and seller have to be in the US for a label to be issued.

If a Canadian lists on .com they don't issue a label although I believe that the return is accepted automatically if it meets the criteria.

If the listing is on .ca,  I believe that we still have to accept the return, there is no automatic system set up. If any of that is incorrect perhaps someone can let us know.
