If anyone from ebay is listening, this is one of my Christmas wish items...
I have a problem where a certain percentage of my buyers either don't have access to a cart, don't realise they have a cart option, or buy items after they buy their original item. They have paid for these items, so generate multiple invoices in my ebay sold/paid area. I usually just refund the postage difference from the most expensive item. It's clunky, but I can work around it. I would like the option to combine those multiple purchases into one invoice/packing slip but currently there does not seem to be an option within ebay to do that. I guess i could create my own packing slip outside of ebay, but it sure would be helpful to have this option within my sellers hub...
anyone else either have this problem or have a pain free workaround?
