ebay customer service usually does not read the forums

New Sellers have selling restrictions.

And you are attempting to sell an item which has a high counterfeit rate.  Louis Vuitton takes strong measures to protect their brand name.

Your best choice is to sell locally. Like on kijiji.ca (owned by eBay) .

You may also want to go to ebay.com's Fashion Board with pictures of your bag and check with the purse ladies that it is genuine.

As mentioned, there are a lot of counterfeits around. If you did not buy it at a major department store or directly from the company's own stores, you may have been scammed into buying  a fake.
