Accidentally closed a case in the resolution centre

Help! I've been on hold with customer service for over ONE HOUR! I accidentally closed a case in the resolution centre in a non bidder case. eBay has kept me on hold for this long for a $4 credit. I'm about to have a stroke. This is awful customer service! Is there an easier way to reverse this closed case on a non paying bidder? Seriously thinking of closing my eBay account at this point! Can anyone help advise me please? AAARGH!,

I'm guessing you closed the case before 4 days and indicating that payment was received. Once a case is closed, there is no re-opening it. Add the non payer to your blocked bidders list.
