You don't need a Store to sell on eBay.
Just go up to the SELL tab on the upper right of this page and fill in the Sell Your Item form with the appropriate information and pictures.
However, it is a good idea to do some buying here to see how the customer experience works. You will need a Paypal account, for example and you will need to have your address, telephone number, credit card information and some other things on file with eBay.
You won't get your customers' payments for 21 days but you have to ship within seven days. (This changes as time goes on.)
Feedback is important. Detailed Seller Ratings are even more important.
Don't guess at shipping costs. Buy a digital metric scale and a tape measure.
