Buy it now/good till cancelled fees?

Bit of a dumb basic question, but I'm a lil confused after reading through the help pages.

So without a store, I get 250 free listings each month, including Buy It Now...

If I set them to "good till cancelled", is there a fee for that or not, when it re-lists?  That's automatic, each month?  One page I read said they charge insertion fees for that, but elsewhere it was implied that there's no fee as long as you're under the 250 free listings.

Can someone clarify, please & thanks?

Good till cancelled relist each month and when they do, they use up one of your 250 free listings. On the overview page of sellers hub in the Promotional Offers section there is a running total of how many free listings you have left for the month.
